**What we expect**
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management Consulting and /or Banking Industry (ideally Market

Risks or Finance)
- Last 3 years extensive experience in IRRBB in banking, with strong background in behavioral modelling

and related Regulatory prescriptions.
- Quantitative background with strong analytical skills and an interest in quantitative topics
- Proficiency in Excel; nice-to-have: R, Python and knowledge of their uses in the work environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently and to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Fluent in English and in Spanish (incl. the ability to write professional reports).
- Openness to travel
