Perspective
For our Marketing team at Spain, office located in Madrid, we are looking for **an experienced and passioned Marketing Communication Manager (M/F/d)**. In this role you will be responsible for generation of new business within our existing customers as well as building up a pipeline of qualified new leads driving effective campaigns on all relevant online
- and offline channels. You will work very closely with your local sales team as well as with the Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing Teams at Headquarter in Germany and coordinate local external agencies to support you on different projects.
With the Tebis Corporate Marketing Team you have an experienced sparring partners for your strategic & budget planning. You can also call on this team for services such as graphic design, video production and translations. The colleagues from the headquarters will also support you in lead nurturing and website related tasks. Furthermore, you can exchange best practices with other Tebis International Marketing colleagues worldwide at any time.
Taks
**What does the role involve?**
- Development and implementation of the strategic annual marketing & PR plan in coordination with Management incl. definition of relevant KPIs
- Continuous monitoring of the success of the marketing measures using a marketing report, which you discuss regularly with the Head of Corporate Marketing at the Tebis headquarters
- Strategic input to the Corporate Marketing team on local brand awareness campaigns in your market
- Proactive online and offline media relations (development and expansion of the press distribution list, topic planning, press releases)
- Operational implementation of product marketing campaigns with the goal of new business generation within existing customers as well as within potential customers offline as well as online
Offline:
- Content planning and distribution of a monthly newsletter
- Establishment and expansion of communities/followers on relevant social media channels (LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
- Planning and organization of trade fairs and events
- Media planning and implementation of print ads in trade media
- Initiation and implementation of marketing cooperations with associations and partners (joint newsletters, events, webinars, etc)
Online:
- Writing SEO-focused copies for the local Tebis website
- Setting up and optimizing SEA campaigns including topic planning and landing pages (if necessary, in cooperation with a SEA agency)
- Setting up lead nurturing for soft leads in coordination with Corporate Marketing
- Planning and promotion of webinars

**Skills**:
- Marketing professional background - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications
- At least 2 years of marketing working experience in B2B as well as some affinity for engineering topics (no need for previous working experience in technology)
- Strength to work both strategically and operationally and break down revenue goals to marketing goals in terms of leads to be generated and budget to be planned and controlled in a meaningful way
- Ability to understand target audiences and personas and translate product USPs into tangible customer benefits
- Ability to do competitive analysis and derive marketing strategies from it
- Understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to translate relevant numbers into optimization measures
- Experience in online lead generation and familiarity with appropriate tools or ability to manage online marketing agencies
- Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to write and brief SEO texts
- Ability to develop promotional copy and landing pages
- Ability to create design and video briefings
- Ability to produce content in various formats (e.g. case studies, checklists, etc.) and to brief external service providers.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken) as well as adaptation of English language product texts for your market
- Ability to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns for lead generation
- Organization of webinars and events including ensuring follow up and subsequent lead journey
We mainly work with these tools: Google Analytics, Salesforce/ Pardot (marketing automation), Pimcore CMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Go2Webnar, LinkedIn Business Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager. Its helpful if you are familiar using at least some of them bringing drive and curiosity to learn new tools quickly.
