Our customer, an international holding company is looking for a **SQA (Automation Testing)** for their offices in Barcelona working 50% remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess broad awareness of automation approaches, practices, and techniques to help design and deliver the overall automation methodology used by the team.
- Design, build and develop automated and manual testing systems to improve the security, scalability, and reliability of our product.
- Ability to monitor the effectiveness of the automation function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC.
- Identify what tools and technologies can be implemented, aligning with that already used across the broader development function and in line with the skill set of the team.
- Design and develop the test automation framework, harnesses, and code libraries to enable the team to both uses and enhance them across successive projects.
- Provide technical know-how, documentation, and training to test and other business functions Stay up to speed on process, practice, and technology developments to ensure they are brought in-house and enhance the solutions applied to the testing problems Participate in various test automation activities that include Planning, Estimations, Design, Execution, and Reporting.
- Collects, organizes, and analyzes automation requirements and works with project stakeholders to develop automation test plans and cases.
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for the bug fixes and extensive troubleshooting in distributed/High availability environments.
- Collects, organizes, and analyzes statistical information from a variety of sources to support high-quality test design.
- Participate in development of test data strategy and preparation of data.
- Work closely with key departmental colleagues such as Developers, Architects, DevOps, and fellow testers to ensure the quality and performance of our code.

Requisitos mínimos

**What is needed?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field.
- 2+ years of testing experience on large-scale enterprise systems that include test automation experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (Agile) processes and methodologies.
- A desire to learn new techniques and processes.
- Experience in Test Design and Execution.
- Experience in API Testing (Postman, SOAPUI...).
- Regression testing practices for functional and non-functional components.
- Strong in any high-level automation framework (Selenium, Robot framework).
- Proficient with SQL and distributed version control systems.
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Azure is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Conversational Spanish.
