IT Project Manager CRM

Desde Hays Valencia estamos trabajando con una empresa final pionera en su sector, integrada en un gran grupo multinacional, que busca incorporar un/a IT Project Manager CRM (Salesforce) en su equipo de IT en su sede de Valencia, principalmente en remoto con asistencia puntual a oficinas (una vez a la semana).
¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir para encajar en este puesto?
- Ingeniería Informática o formación técnica similar completada.
- Experiência demostrable con Salesforce de al menos 3 años.
- Experiência como Scrum Master y/o Project Manager (certificación valorable).
- Experiência en gestión aplicando pensamiento analítico y habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Nível de inglés fluido (B2-C1).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Coordinar equipo de desarrolladores como Scrum Master, participar en el Sprint Planning, los Dailies y las reuniones de Sprint Review.
- Trabajar de la mano con el Product Owner y los desarrolladores.
- Ayudar al equipo de desarrollo software y arquitectura como Project Manager.
- Coordinar cada progreso con los principlaes stakeholders de los departamentos de Marketing, Ventas y Customer Support a nível mundial.
- Coordinar con otros Project Managers para asegurar la disponibilidad de los recursos compartidos y la consecución de objetivos global.
