**Marine NanoTech** offers refit services for luxury yachts on a global level.

We are looking for an _experienced and dynamic _**Personal Assistant to the Sales** Manager to support, structure and supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate mid-term sales-related projects between different departments within the company.
- Main responsibilities:_
- Gathering and structuring of internal reports from various company departments
- General administrative duties (research, updating of documentation, communication with clients, travels organisation).
- Comprehensive database management.
- Take responsibility for specific clients accounts.
- Coordinate and streamline individual mid-term sales projects (eg. Marketing, events planning, etc).
- Participate in client meetings and yacht shows (occasionally can involve traveling mainly Europe, USA, Caribbean and Emirates).
- Effectively manage sales budgets whilst achieving targets.

- Meticulously structured and organised.
- Dynamic, constantly moving and flexible.
- Thinking outside of the box and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent, exceptionally self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

**Musts**:

- Demonstrated experience in similar positions.
- Excellent proficiency in English language (verbal and written).
- Proficient with Ms Office / Google Suite.

- Sales experience and knowledge about the yachting industry.

- Hybrid working condition: office + home office after trial period. _Based in Palma de Mallorca._
- Part time - freelance position. Full time possible also.
- Base + bonus payment (DOE).
- Occasional travelling (mainly USA, Caribbean and Europe)

**Salary**: 1,400.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
