Are you ready to work as **_Perfect Store Retail Lead_**?

The main purpose of the role is to lead the execution of strategic Demand Accelerator initiatives. To open up new and innovative avenues of growth for all our categories and accelerate our Demand in Retail channel (all sub-channels: Hipers, Supers).

**_Your day to day with us:_**

**Deliver Growth**
- Work on the identification of emgerging trends and business opportunities analyzing data or getting answers from internal & External insights. Provide proposals of business opps priorization and prepare content to be presented to the top Mgmt to create sustainable strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the different workstreams to define, set objectives and deliver Perfect Store & Segmentation Retail Projects. Lead the whole process, takin decisions to ensure things really happen and achieved expected results.
Shopper Insights - Work on identified and required Shopper & market opportunities
- Shopper marketing - CVO: Activations, visibility
- Category management - CVO: Range
- Revenue management - CVO: Promotions & discounts
- IT - Sales technologies to land all the programs
- Sales teams (KA’s & Field) - Training & ensuring execution
- Reporting - Report results
- Prepare content for Steerings with Top Executive Team (GM, Strategic Commercial Sr Director, Sales Directors ) LG3, LG2 and LG1 to align direction & unlock next steps decisions.
- Present & Prepare content to take decisions or mobilize teams in the following foros (Demand OT, ABR, Field meetings ) (LG1, 11, 10, 9)
- Communicate effectively the different projects to the Sales Forces. Define what is relevant and prioritize communication. Define content for trainings and sales meetings.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**_
What do you need to succeed?_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business administration, or equal by experience, ideally with an MBA.Minimum 10 years experience preferable in 2 or more different areas as Project Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing,, Category, Shopper Insights
- High knowledge of the channel and Business
- Cross functional expertise, ability to manage x-functional internal and external teams.
- Strong communication skills to influence more senior managers/directors
Solid thinking with savy communication skills
- Totally fluent in English
