**Description of function**

The Cyber Security Engineer is a hands-on security professional who provides technical knowledge and leadership to OmniAccess security solutions and services. You will lead, design and deploy our security solutions in our customers, and will play a key role in the evolution of our SOC.

**Responsibilities**
- Security Solution Deployment: Lead the planning, implementation, and configuration of security solutions to enhance the organization's defences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with all security solutions.
- SOAR/SIEM Implementation: Spearhead the deployment and customization of the SOAR/SIEM/Security platforms to automate and orchestrate security processes. Develop and maintain playbooks, workflows, and automation scripts.
- Security Project Management: Manage end-to-end security projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project tracking. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Security Solution Integration: Integrate various security solutions and tools with the SOAR/SIEM/Security platforms to create a unified and comprehensive security ecosystem. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful integrations
- Travel needs: Up to 10%.
- Availability to do On - Calls.

**Desired knowledge and skills**

Desired qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in leading security projects, especially in SOC operations, security solution deployment, and SOAR/SIEM implementations.
- Strong understanding of SOAR/SIEM concepts, tools, and platforms.
- Familiarity with various security technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of incident response methodologies, tools and frameworks like NIST, MITRE.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Others
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
- Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices.Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27000).
