**Ecommerce Manager Iberia (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will manage and develop and maintain the online catalogue for Spain and Portugal to optimise revenues
- Act as the main point of contact for Website or Customer Portal related issues
- In addition you will manage and improve product content and provide ongoing site maintenance, as well manage and improve marketing content
- You are in charge to build & maintain strong proactive working relationships with key business areas and stakeholders to ensure the optimum product portfolio is maintained
- Utilise the test environments to identify, raise and clear detailed tickets accordingly. Manage the testing and resolution process of those defects identified
- Furthermore you will manage the incidents raised in the Live Production Environment and resolve accordingly, as well to liaise with stakeholders to capture internal and external feedback
- Communicate updates to internal stakeholders is part of your role
- Interact with global and regional teams to drive performance and improve the web shop based on an aligned strategy continuously
- You will run marketing campaigns

**What makes you great**
- You are an expert in managing Content Management Systems or other Webshop software for more than two years and you have strong B2B ecommerce experience
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics is required
- You will be managing digital product content
- Basic image editing skills
- You own good HTML/CSS skills and you are familiar with Microsoft Excel
- You have a proven track record of exceeding goals and reporting on performance
- Highly communicative and enjoys navigating a diverse organisation
- Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes initiative to get things done
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese language (native speakers preferred) and fluent in English language

Ecommerce is a critical part of our business, and this role is very important to driving our ecommerce activities. You will manage an industry leading shop software system, driving the product catalogue, all relevant marketing content and functionalities to maximise sales and online conversion.

Managing, developing, and maintaining the product catalogue and content is fundamental to the future of our ecommerce sites and your role will be essential for building on the success we have had to date.

Liaising with all the gases and hardgoods business Product Managers is your key responsibility. Ensuring the optimum product portfolio is maintained and customers can easily navigate and find what they are looking for.

You will be prepared to challenge established thinking and to use your experience of managing online systems to develop our online catalogue management and marketing content for maximum business benefit. You will also be results focused and have strong analytical skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload is a must.
