Write scalable and efficient code.
- Improve the functionality of current systems.
- Improve performance of current systems.
- Propose Improvements for development cycle.
- Implement security and data protection solutions.
- Evaluate technically requests for new features.
- Technical leadership, propose and support to implement technical improvements aligned with software engineers and Architect team.
- Mentor and guide with tech topics to software engineers

Importante empresa en Barcelona|Busca un Python Tech Lead
- 5 years of minimum experience in python development.
- Degree in engineering or similar.
- Experience in at least one Python framework (such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid)
- Docker infrastructure knowledge.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Negotiation level English.
- Python language with Flask or other frameworks (Django).
- Skills in React framework frontend.
- Domain Driven Design (DDD) patterns knowledge.
- APIs REST knowledge.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD). Testing, Security by Design, Docker, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Databases. Mysql. SQL querys.
- Other databases or cache knowledge like Elasticsearch, Redis, etc.
- ORM knowledge
