Cooper Consumer Health is an independent leading European OTC company. Our brands are market leader in OTC, food supplements, vitamins, well-being, medicated skin care and hygiene across Europe (Oenobiol, Lashilé, Valdispert, Excilor, Audispray, Noxarem,).

**The position**

Reporting to the Iberia Supply Chain director, the Senior Demand Planner Iberia is accountable for the coordination of the demand process for the Iberia markets, for the inventory strategy

In this role, the Demand Planner is expected to demonstrate a high level of communication, anticipation and proactivity.

This role is meant to evolve as the Cooper Consumer Health supply chain organization continues to transform and deploy new digitalized processes.

**Main responsibilities**
- As part of the Demand Planning function, contribute to the evolution of the sales planning process at Cooper (S&OP)
- Coordinate and execute monthly the sales rolling forecasting process for our Iberia markets
- Collaborate with our Marketing and e-commerce teams (Promo Plan, Planning of New product introduction, switch and phase out)
- Continuously improve the accuracy of the sales forecasting process, while keeping the sales and marketings teams accountable
- Develop monitoring tools to manage demand execution and control versus plan (forecast, budget), in tight collaboration with the sales and customer service teams.
- Define the inventory strategies in order to optimize stock levels and availability in collaboration with our factories in Europe and our 3PL in Spain & Portugal.

**Profile**
- Master degree level with specialization in Supply Chain Management
- Fluent English and Spanish are both required
- 4/5 year experience in Supply Chain with planning mandatory experience
- Experience ad Supply Planner or Demand Planner in Healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG
- Analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as a high degree of autonomy and networking will be needed to succeed in this role
- Knowledge of the health care or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
