**Overview**:
The Head of Global IT Infrastructure Foundation is a role reporting to the Director of Global IT Infrastructure and Support in the IT division. He/She is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all internal and cloud IT infrastructure services used to support business process across the enterprise. In this role, he/she will drive effective delivery of IT services with people, technology, providers/contractors and processes. The need to develop a meaningful and collaborative partnership with the business requires a business-focused and customer-focus mindset, with the appetite to overcome different challenges. Team will need to be supported and guided, as they develop the attributes and characteristics required to deliver great customer service and meet the business requirements and associated outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the global effectiveness and efficiency of all infrastructure foundation which include datacenter & cloud, compute, storage, backup & restore, platforms, network services, SAP Basis and the associated security to ensure high levels of functionality, performance, and business alignment.
- Develop strategy and roadmaps, ensure its integration and implementation with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
- Responsible for infrastructure reliability, availability, performance, compliance, and IT disaster recovery.
- Provide clear and open communication to stakeholders.
- In alignment with the architecture function, develop and implement global standards, procedures, architectural design, configuration and that they are fully documented and maintained.
- Develop and control the annual Opex and Capex budgets for Infrastructure Foundation to achieve the annual set targets.
- Oversee the purchasing process together with stakeholders ensuring the selection through RFP (if required), contract negotiation and signature of technology and services.
- Assess and describe capabilities needs, select, recruit and retain talents based on Infrastructure Foundations and IT division’s strategy and objectives.
- Foster a customer-oriented culture, security by design capability and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques.
- Set yearly performance objectives, conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Responsible for the delivery of IT Infrastructure services to deliver services in a cost-effective manner and according to agreed service levels; ensure proper alerting, monitoring and automation for the services.
- Ensure the execution and support of technology lifecycle of the infrastructure foundation.
- Ensure that incidents, requests, changes, releases, assets and CMDB are managed following documented processes and procedures.
- Produce timely and relevant status reports including but not limited to time, quality and budget dashboard.Produce Quarterly Review reports for senior management.
- Manage vendors, partners, and service providers to procure and deliver technology solutions, services, and contracts.

**Knowledge & Experience required for the position**:

- Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science or in a related field.
- Minimum five years of IT technical infrastructure management, leadership responsibilities, managing teams.
- Strategic planning, organization design and development experience.
- Vendor management and service externalization experience.
- IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments experience.
- Strategic planning, organization design and development experience.
- Experience in merger, acquisition, or divestiture, including due diligence, day 1 readiness, and integration/carve-out execution.
- Knowledge of heterogeneous hardware, software and cloud environment as well as networking technologies (AWS, Azure, Vmware, Microsoft, SDWAN, Firewalls, etc).
- Knowledge of the Enterprise Service Management (ITSM/ITIL).
