Joining the TUI Musement Business Support team as Business Support Executive, you will assist with administrative support to the Business Support department, Service Delivery Teams and business partners in the assigned destinations of TUI Musement to provide a high level of service for internal and external customers. Full time role working on 5/2 shift pattern, with hours from 08:00-20:00 depending on shift pattern requirements, covering bank holidays and working weekends as part of the wider team. This position is on a fixed term summer only contract.
**ABOUT THE JOB**:
- Working closely with colleagues in the TUI Experience Centre and worldwide within TUI Musement destinations, to provide excellent administrative support for all tasks within remit
- Reviewing cases relating to booking issues and providing support to our TUI Experience Centre reps with changes/holiday extensions/curtailments
- Checking availability and calculating costs for our on holiday guests who wish to amend their booking
- Providing transfer information digitally to our guests
- Maintaining business relationships, communicate effectively and proposing improvements of any identified issues or processes
- General admin tasks to support where necessary
- Meeting deadlines and hitting targets

ABOUT YOU**:
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- Proven nummeric skills and ability to calculate price variations
- Methodical, organised approach towards the completion of the assigned tasks
- Good communication skills
- Excellent level of English both written and verbal
- Efficient worker who pays attention to detail
- Friendly approach and good team player
- Digitally intelligent and learns new systems and technology quickly
- Fast paced and not afraid of change
