IOMED is currently experiencing a tremendous growth. That is why we want to incorporate a person capable of leading the deployment of the IOMED solution in our client hospitals.
As Healthcare Project Manager, your main role will be to manage the integration and deployment of our solution in hospitals. You will support hospital IT departments during the implementation phase of our products and systems, reviewing existing data architectures, providing training to hospitals where necessary, and developing technical documentation along the way.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to accompany hospitals in the identification of new cases of use of the data that we process in the hospital. You will collaborate with hospitals to identify other use cases other than the studies that IOMED proposes and that add value to the center.
About you
You will work in a very fast-paced environment, which means you must have strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and be proactive.
We are looking for someone with experience leading projects in the healthcare field, and ideally technological projects that involve large amounts of data, preferably in the hospital environment or linked to hospital data management systems. Experience and knowledge in data management such as ETLs, data visualization, data quality, etc. will also be valued.
We will also appreciate that you have knowledge about the clinical processes of a hospital; as well as skills to identify the needs that hospitals or their different clinical services may have in the field of data.
Regarding personality, we are looking for someone who knows how to work in a team. Orientation skills and fluent communication with customers, the ability to understand functional and business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, as well as leadership and project management skills will also be valued.

Tareas
Tasks
- Manage the technical deployment with the hospitals, understanding the requirements and needs.
- Support hospitals by evaluating and understanding their infrastructure and data systems by proposing appropriate solutions to ensure our objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the technical team, the business team and the hospitals. To act as an interlocutor between the hospital and the IOMED technical team to explore the possibilities of developing/covering the identified needs.
- Provide training to hospitals on the operation of our systems. To inform the rest of the hospital’s clinical professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.) of the possibilities that the IOMED clinical database can offer the hospital.
- Keep the technical documentation of the implementation of the project updated.
- Create work teams in the different IOMED client hospitals to search and identify use cases of interest for the clinical database.
- Present the results of the studies/projects to the hospital.
**Requisitos**:
What are we looking for
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager.
- Synthesis capacity.
- Ease and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, since in this role it will be necessary to coordinate and speak with European hospitals.
**Ideally**:
- Knowledge of clinical data management systems (HIS, LIS, RIS, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of the basic clinical processes of a hospital.
- SQL knowledge.
- Knowledge about OMOP CDM.
- Experience working with Python and Git.
- Communication skills in fluent Catalan.
