- **- **What you will be doing**-
- As **Quality Engineer**, your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- **- Leads, coordinates and supervises operational quality assurance teams, coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Implements quality control procedures to enhance product reliability and adherence to regulations
- Monitors and reports on the quality performance of products and services, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborates with other units to integrate quality management practices across the organization
- Conducts quality audits and reviews, providing recommendations for corrective actions when necessary- ** To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:

- **- Knowledge and experience with shaft line products
- Knowledge of quality standards applied to the marine industry
- Knowledge of quality standards applied to hydrodynamic bearings
- Solving problems tools: 5 why, Ishikawa, 8D, QRQC, A3
- Experience with SAP ERP software
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and leading projects
- Knowledge of inspection plan, elaboration of project manufacturing processes and management of inspections with customers
- Level of English for full professional development- In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 40%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.-
