At G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for a Customer Product Manager for Trusted Connected Devices where we will focus on the global technical attention of our telephony customers for subsequent development of specific projects for the products of the SIM / eSIM division.
Project Management for TCD customers (MNOs)
Management of projects for (U)SIM cards, M2M or Subscription Management eUICCs in all phases in close cooperation with the customer, sales, order management, product management, development and production:
Definition of requirements for customer configurations
Consulting of customers
Elaboration of technical specifications
Set-up of project plans to manage costs and schedule
Initiation of necessary developments
Configuration of profiles for electrical personalization
Definition of input / output interfaces between customer and production
Design-in and integration at the customer
Approval for volume production
Management of customer workshops and presentations
Technical evaluation of offers and RFQs
Technical support with respect to customer quality claims
**Skills**:University degree in technical area
Work experience in telecommunications area (e.g. project management, product management, development)
Good analytic and decision making skills
Willing to take initiative and responsibility
Good social and communication skills
Good presentation skills
Good English and French language skills (German language skills are a plus)
