**Exciting Opportunity for a Legal Eagle**

Our client is a finance and legal company helping buyers worldwide with their Spanish property purchases. We are now looking for a lawyer (qualified to work in Spain) to join their fast-growing team. The role will include supporting clients throughout the purchase and conveyancing processes, and contributing to the outstanding reputation enjoyed by our client within their business sector.

For many property seekers, buying a property overseas can be stressful as the process is often different to how it works in their home country. Our client works hard to ensure their clients receive outstanding service as they are guided through the entire process. This results in a busy and highly rewarding work environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting the customers throughout the whole purchase cycle
- Booking (and sometimes attending) appointments for POA's, NIE's, Notaries, etc.
- Requesting and checking relative documents for the purchase including building licenses, Nota Simple's etc
- Dealing with counterparties lawyers, developers, banks and vendors.
- Creating and negotiating private purchase contracts (arras)
- Organising completions
- Overseeing the process and updating the internal systems
- Advising tax exposures related to the purchase
**KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Impeccable organizational skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines.
- Conveyancing experience.
- Fluent English & Spanish, verbal and written
- Positive attitude and ability to use initiative while working under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must have car, driving license and be close to Marbella
**Package Summary**:
Full time. Office and Remote.

**Salary**: 2,000€ - 2,500€ net per month
