Are you ready to make a big impact in the fintech industry?_
We are looking for a Head of People who can help us move MultiSafepay to the next phase. This could be your opportunity to play an important role in driving our international growth and transformation by aligning people strategies with business ambitions. You will lead and inspire our HR teams in Amsterdam and Málaga (5 specialists), guide the organizational evolution as we scale, and be an advisor to the board. This role combines strategy with hands-on leadership and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and high-impact environment. You'll report directly to the CFO and be a member of the Management Team.
**What will you be doing?**
- Lead and continuously improve the execution of HR operations in Amsterdam and Málaga
- Act as strategic HR advisor to the board, delivering insights and proposals around talent, culture, organizational development, and leadership
- Own and drive our recruitment strategy across all departments and levels, with a focus on quality, speed, and employer branding
- Play a central role in our organizational evolution — from cultural alignment to integration and change management
- Enhance the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, including engagement, development, and well-being initiatives
- Translate business objectives into people initiatives — from workforce planning to capability building
- Drive innovation in HR through data, systems, and tools that help us scale with confidence
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, organizational sciences, business administration, psychology, or labor law
- 8+ years experience in HR-related roles, preferably in regulated sectors and scale-up environments
- Experience with HR operational excellence in complex organizations and/or within the fintech/start-up sector is a plus
- Ability to connect HR strategies to business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives directly contribute to MSPs growth and success
- Project management skills - we are always working on multiple initiatives, so the ability to juggle projects and keep them on track is crucial
- Strong analytical and digital skills — you leverage data and tech to drive better people decisions
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
