You will lead the product assurance activities, establish quality standards and processes, and implement measures to minimize risks and maximize mission success.***: **Responsabilities***: - ** Develop and implement product assurance plans, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.**: - ** Lead the product assurance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure effective execution of quality-related activities.**: - ** Define and establish quality control metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality gates to monitor and improve product quality.**: - ** Conduct audits and assessments of internal processes, suppliers, and subcontractors to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.**: - ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and operations, to integrate quality considerations into the product development lifecycle.**: - ** Perform risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential quality and safety hazards.**: - ** Lead the investigation and resolution of non-conformances, deviations, and quality-related issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.**: - ** Monitor and analyze quality data and trends, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.**: - ** Coordinate and support customer audits, inspections, and reviews, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.**: - ** Stay updated on industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, and ensure their integration into the product assurance processes.**: - ** Generate documentation, including user guides, guidelines and user manuals for internal customers use.**: - ** Generate documentation for formal program development reviews.**: - ** Provide high-level and low-level feedback for MIURA 5 program development planning.**: **Required Knowledge**: - ** Engineering bachelor’s degree or demonstrable relevant experience in lieu thereof.
