Do you enjoy making phone calls and do you have a communicative personality that allows you to connect quickly with others? Moreover speaking french /dutch /portuguese or belgian isn´t a big deal for you? Then you've come to the right place as a **call center agent (M/F/d)** to become part of the Avedo team.

**Your Benefits**

- fixed, season-independent salary from day 1, plus performance-related bonus
- service hours from monday to friday: 8-17h, saturday: 8-12h
- after succesfull trainig for the job, you can work from home (Canary Islands excluded)

**Your Tasks**
- provide support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
- complete service requests
- reporting on incidents and service requests
- ensuring customer satisfaction

**Your Profile**
- very good knowledge of english AND one of the following languages: french /dutch /portuguese or belgian
- good working knowledge of MS Office
- strong communication skills and service mentality
- high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
