For our Quality Team, we are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Technician.

You will be responsible for providing Quality support to Manufacturing operations and to ensure compliance with quality standards during operations.

The position is based in Porriño, Spain (situated 20min from Vigo).

Under the guidance on your supervisor and after an initial intensive formation, you will perform the next activities.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure the quality standards during operations, as per the GMP rules.
- Quality support during manufacturing process 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
- Batch Records, electronic Batch Records and Forms review.
- Review the correct traceability of materials consumed in the manufacturing process.
- Review the assay Forms included as part of a certificate of analysis.
- Perform the equipment release during Change Over between product Campaigns.
- Perform the final product labeling.
- Manage the shutdown and restart system.
- Review and approve Investigation Stand-Alone, Preliminary lab investigation and microorganism investigation.

Key requirements:

- Formative cycle in Chemistry, Laboratory or similar.
- Bachelor of Science or Associate Degree of Microbiology, Biochemistry or equivalent Science is valuable.
- Familiarity with biologics manufacturing processes and technical issues is strongly desired.
- ** Availability for rotational mornings/afternoons/nights shifts 24h/365days.**:

- Ability to provide a robust and agile Quality support when a process issue happen.
- Ability to execute and plan the routine tasks.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.
