**Permanent Contract - First Line Analyst German & English in AstraZeneca**

**The standard scope of this role includes**:

- Carrying out first line troubleshooting
- Assigning tickets to resolver groups (Backlog/Incident management) - Keeping customers updated on the progress of their case
- Knowledge articles contribution

**Pre-Requisites & Experience**
- Fluent in German and English is required
