Founded in 2015, Reverse Resources (RR) has been at the forefront of driving the circular economy in the têxtiles and fashion industry through our innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. It's a data-driven supply chain management tool for waste, offering real-time data, transparency and market insight to the industry and the public sector. We connect brands with recycling partners and provide recyclers with access to high-quality waste transparently and cost-effectively. Our focus areas include compliance (e.g. improving working conditions in the waste handling sector), conducting waste mapping reports for global brands and recycling technologies, and assessing the potential of the emerging chemical recycling sector. We're already engaging and working with the 18 largest global fashion brands and leading têxtile-to-têxtile recyclers.

**Job Title**: Marketing & Communications Intern (Circularity)

**Location**: Barcelona (Remote)

We're looking for a motivated and creative **Marketing & Communications Intern** to join our international team working to accelerate circularity in the têxtile industry. This is a hands-on internship where you'll play a key role in strengthening our communications strategy -coordinating content on LinkedIn, creating blog articles, supporting events, and helping us spread the message of têxtile-to-têxtile recycling globally.

If you're passionate about sustainability, have strong writing skills, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

This is a **full-time, one-year internship** with the potential for a permanent role upon successful completion with our growing company.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- ** LinkedIn coordination**: managing our posting calendar, publishing content, engaging with followers, and growing our community.
- ** Content creation**: help writing blog articles, drafting thought-leadership pieces, and supporting copywriting for campaigns and materials.
- ** Conference & event support**: identifying speaking/exhibition opportunities, coordinating logistics, and supporting our teams participation in key industry events.
- ** Sales & marketing support**: helping to update presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- ** Comms reporting**: supporting the tracking of content performance and suggesting improvements.

**Were looking for someone with**:

- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
- Familiarity with (or eager to learn) marketing tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using social media (especially LinkedIn) and up to date with trends and best practices.
- Organisational skills to coordinate content, deadlines, and event logistics.
- Proactive, autonomous, and creative mindset - comfortable working remotely and proposing new ideas.
- Extra credit: basic skills in graphic design or video editing.
