**The Team**:
The Field Enablement Team is focused on helping our customer facing team members, from business development to sales to customer success, develop lasting, value-based relationships with our customers. We do this by providing world class, role-based onboarding and ongoing enablement programs across our core customer facing roles.

**The Role**:
As the Services Enablement Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the global enablement programs that directly impact our customer value & services team members ability to be effective in their customer-facing roles. The enablement programs are focused on skill-building and driving adoption related to customer journey methodologies, product & technical capabilities, and process & tools compliance. You will be joining a highly motivated, passionate, and driven team focused on high impact enablement & quality execution.

**The work you’ll do**:

- **Create & Maintain Enablement Communications & Assets**: you’ll get to create and editing presentation content, ensuring proper storage of session materials & posting in appropriate knowledge repositories for future reference
- **Coordinate Workshops and Enablement Programs**: responsible for scheduling global and regional sessions, content preparation, communications, and post-session success reporting for onboarding & up-skilling live sessions
- **Support Stakeholder Management**: partner with enablement team members to liaise with relevant stakeholders for requirements gathering and feedback on enablement program effectiveness & prioritization

**The qualifications you need**:

- Business degree or similar
- Passionate and proactive individual, eager to learn and contribute
- Have excellent project management & organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across timezone gaps
- Complete tasks with diligence and attention to detail without losing the big picture
- Work very structured and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to work and communicate effectively
- Have a hands-on, pragmatic and results-oriented working style
- Experience with SaaS sales, customer success or consultant is a plus
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and are fluent in English (German, Spanish or other languages are a plus)
- Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things
- **Bring at least 6 months of full-time availability**
