**As a Senior Product Manager, you will**:

- Understand Customer Needs: Dive deep into customer problems using continuous discovery methods, identify opportunities, and design innovative solutions.
- Drive Product Strategy: Develop strategies to address customer pain points, optimize user experiences, and achieve business OKRs.
- Own Product Development: Lead the entire lifecycle from ideation to post-release, ensuring exceptional product quality and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers, engineers, and growth experts to execute your vision.
- Build Knowledge: Combine customer research, analytics, and market insights to become an expert in your product area.

**Requisitos**:

- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding customer needs and industry trends.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Experience with user research, A/B testing, and leveraging qualitative/quantitative data to inform decisions.
- Product Management Expertise: Proven track record in a fast-paced SaaS environment, preferably with startups or scale-ups.
- PLG (Product-Led Growth) Mindset: Strong experience in developing growth strategies and optimizing product performance.
- UX/UI Understanding: Ability to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Action-Oriented Leader: Independent, self-driven, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Location: Madrid-based, hybrid position.
