Senior Finance Manager

Are you an experienced **Senior Finance Manager** with experience of working in FMCG environment? If so we would like to hear from you.
The role will involve working working within the Finance team to lead all financial reporting in Spain. You need to be fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all company management accounts preparation to a strict deadline
- Creation and submission of annual statutory accounts and tax filings.
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify trends and variances to budgets
- Quarterly and annual budget and forecasting
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and balances (direct and indirect/modelling)
- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with all regulations and management of annual audit
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction and commercial opportunities
- Improve processes/key controls to prevent errors in reporting while driving efficiency’s where possible
- Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information
- Assist the CEO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
**Skills and experience**:
As a senior-level role with lots of responsibility, you will have plenty of experience in financial reporting as well as:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work and communicate with a range of people at varying levels both internally and externally
- Experience working in a rapidly expanding environment desirable but not a pre-requisite
- Proactive with a drive to improve systems, processes, and output to benefit business
- Ambitious and motivated to progress their own career in line with the business' growth plans
- Advanced Excel skills
- Team Player
