As a **Senior Product & Project Coordinator**, you'll take the lead on all things packaging and product-related — from new launches and design updates to regulatory and factory relocation projects. Your mission? Ensure every initiative lands _on time_, _within budget_, and _fully aligned_ with both internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be the bridge between Consumer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners like Packaging Development, making an impact from day one.

Reports to: Senior Consumer Marketing Manager

Location: Madrid - Hybrid

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Lead end-to-end packaging and product-related projects, including design updates, regulatory changes, and new product launches.
- Ensure timely approval and compliance of artworks, labels, and product specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, tools, and databases.
- Represent the Product & Project Management team in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder alignments.
- Track project progress and budgets, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external partners.
- Continuously improve project processes by analyzing performance and sharing lessons learned.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Relevant experience in project management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a multicultural environment.
- Self-driven, proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
- Experience working cross-functionally with departments like Supply Chain, Marketing, and Manufacturing is a plus.
