As our new **Customer Service Representative - France**, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until activation of maintenance service contracts in SAP.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Responds to and/or assists Agilent trade customers and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration
- Responsible for booking orders, upselling or cross-selling products and/or processing quotes
- In a factory environment, order fulfillment activities may include monitoring inventories and coordination of delivery of factory products

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
- Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry
- Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership
- MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel
