Category Manager Electronics
- Join Sonova’s Global Operations team as a Category Manager for Electronics. In this strategic role, you’ll shape our strategy, drive sustainable growth, and ensure we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market. If you are passionate about technology and inspired by innovation. If you want to take ownership of dynamic electronics categories, working with world-class suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute category strategies for the electronics segments, aligned with company objectives
- Negotiate supplier contracts and quality agreements aligned with Company’s goals
- Support PCN process, coordinate with (engineering, quality, supply chain teams in managing product changes and sourcing impacts
- Deliver on planned objectives, e.g. savings and time to source
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Manage supplier relationships and segmentation to drive innovation, quality, and sustainability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Use tools like SAP, Excel, and data analysis platforms to support decision-making

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering; MCIPS, MSc, or MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on electronics and direct materials
- Proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cost modeling and supplier performance management
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement analytics tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment
