**Role summary**:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate product vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs, while advocating strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
Customer-Centric Development: Deeply understand customer experience, identify gaps, and generate ideas to improve satisfaction, drive growth, and expand market share.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure effective product delivery, launch execution, and stakeholder alignment.
Execution & Delivery: Prioritize backlogs, translate strategies into actionable requirements and prototypes, and ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Performance**metrics & continuous improvement: Define and monitor key product metrics, solicit direct customer feedback, and continuously iterate to enhance product performance and value delivery.
**Key Resposanibilities**:
- Manage backlog and roadmap for the given product, by prioritizing according to the agreed Objectives and Key Results, while solving for main customers’ pain points.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision and agreed Ways of Working with different stakeholders.
- Define the product positioning (value, messaging, competitive assessment, customer segmentation specifics needs).
- Advocate product strategy to the Leadership team.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources - Key interface is the PO to work with PM.
- Define relevant Go To Market in different markets to drive product growth and revenue.
- Drive product launches including working and managing stakeholders such as Key Account Managers, Marketing executives, Customer Support and other product management team members.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, setting the right expectations towards delivery of value to our customers.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services and nurture the product strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years in Product Management related roles in SaaS/B2B companies
- A great Product Manager needs to have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, knowledge about the market they're working within and industry trends to develop and oversee a successful product strategy.
- Strong leadership is a key skill to empower internal teams in the overall strategy and product positioning.
