Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with global offices in eight countries, Northland owns or has an economic interest in 2.7 GW (net 2.3 GW) of operating generating capacity and a significant inventory of early to mid-stage development opportunities encompassing 4 to 5 GW of potential capacity.

The Consolidation Analyst will be responsible for the consolidation of all entities in Spain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare consolidation journal entries for reporting and Consolidation Models
- Prepare Consolidation Models for region on quarterly basis
- Prepare of Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows including cash flow schedules for sub-consolidation
- Support in Process Improvements, Internal and External Audit, and Ad Hoc Projects.
- Contribute to the improving of existing process to improve the quality of consolidated information available to senior financial management
- Review in detail the monthly reporting of divisions. Ensure division financial reporting follows corporate reporting standards, corporate accounting policies and IFRS.
- Assist with the quarterly review and year-end audit process. Ensure efficient and successful year-end close and satisfactory audit results with mínimal issues identified.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Charted Accountant or Equivalent with experience in a public company environment gained through industry or public practice
- Business undergraduate degree (Economics or Finance) or related field, with exceptional academic results.
- Strong systems and technical/computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Proven experience in simplifying and streamlining processes
