We are looking for an intern to give us support within our Sales team for a minimum period of 6 months.

Job Purpose

Our intern will work closely with our Sales Managers and KAMs on different topics, supporting our commercial activity whilst gaining commercial experience. Tasks will be multi-fold and depend on different ongoing topics. Tasks include:
Product Database
- Assuring that new models are opened and visible in our customers database (including references, descriptions, USP’s, Product data, Pricing and customer specific information)
- Maintaining any required data on existing products in the customer database
- Communicating closely with our customers to inform on any related updates
- Sending customers agreed photos for brochures

Pricing
- Registration for follow-up on Stock Comp (formatting defined in collaboration with SSO)

Sell-Out Team Agenda
- Consolidate pricing and new models’ information for it to be visible in customers overview for the following 4 weeks (by week)
- Combine promo plan for the following 4 weeks
- Prepare the street price estimation excel sheet for Sell-out team store visits
- Use the standard communication form by assigned account

Qualifications & Experience
- Business, Marketing or Finance graduate
- Fluent in Spanish, English written/spoken, Portuguese is a plus
- Precise in working with numbers and Excel
- Analytical Skills and commercial awareness
- Self-determining, enterprising and determined to achieve goals
- Communicating clearly and with proper level of detail based on the audience
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations and audiences
- System knowledge: SAP, BW, EXCEL and Powerpoint
