Huspy is a proptech startup on a mission to simplify the home buying experience and redefine the traditional real estate industry for the whole ecosystem.

As the first social media hire in our Madrid office, your part in our mission will be to understand the needs of our customers and partners and to create social media content that will help them better understand the value of Huspy's services and expand our community.

**Responsibilities**
- Build out a content calendar with tailored posts (graphics, short videos, blogs) and administer all social media accounts for Huspy in Spain to ensure up-to-date content
- Localize Huspy's voice and social media strategy to match the needs of our different audiences on the different platforms
- Engage with our community mindfully on direct messages, comments and other community platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to create and execute marketing campaigns and ensure that our content reaches the right audience
- Report on monthly social media performance and iterate content plans accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Native Spanish and fluency in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and community management including social media copywriting and graphics
- Be passionate about transforming complex banking, real estate, finance, and transactional jargon into simple, accessible, engaging content that people can rally behind
- Extremely organized, responsive, responsible, and accountable. You're the go-to person for social media in Spain, you're enthusiastic about helping, and you always find a way to make things happen
