**Your role and responsibilities**:
As a residential & tertiary coordinator within the ABB Electrification division, you will develop market strategies, identify business opportunities, manage the portfolio of products and solutions collaborating with the sales team to drive growth in the north area. In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Implement the sales management strategy of the distribution channel in the area, including the defined KPIs. - Take charge of clients in my area. - In collaboration with the area manager, establish annual sales objectives in the residential & tertiary segment. - Lead horizontally, seeking to maximize cross-selling. - Organize follow-up meetings. - Collaborate with industry channels and OEMs by establishing common objectives for clients in the area and monitoring them. - Collaborate directly with the product and marketing team.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- 5 years of experience in sales
- Knowledge of the electricity market in the northern area, with a collaborative approach, focused on providing solutions and with good communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with clients and sales teams.
- Business Strategy.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or similar.
