**Desde Cuatroochenta nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a CRM Functional Consultant cuyo objetivo principal será participar de manera activa en diferentes acciones de consultoría durante la implementación del CRM, siguiendo los criterios de calidad y tiempo.**:

**Funciones**:
**Realizarás la toma y documentación de requerimientos de clientes, así como los análisis funcionales**:
**Serás responsable del diseño del plan/entorno de pruebas de desarrollos a nível **funcional y coordinarás su ejecución**:
**Presentarás y validarás los desarrollos con el cliente y realizarás la configuración de **la aplicación**:
**Coordinarás los procesos de carga de datos y actuarás como interlocutor con el cliente sobre la implantación**:
**Validarás el modelo definitivo para el cliente e impartirás la formación**:
**Detectarás y trasmitirás al responsable de proyectos los posibles riesgos**:

**Requisitos**:
**+2 años de experiência en consultoría de IT.**:
**Conocimiento de los procesos de una empresa en departamentos como marketing, comercial, financiero, RRHH...**:
**Valorable experiência en gestión de proyectos de consultoría de CRM y/o ERP.**:
**Deseable un FP superior o un grado universitario con orientación a procesos de negocio o tecnología (RRHH, ADE, Gestión Comercial y/o Empresa y tecnología).**:
