Job Brief
Bitergia is building the next major release of their software development analytics platform to ease its deployment, management, maintenance, and integration on the increasing number of customers we have. Built on top of the GrimoireLab project, Bitergia Analytics Platform users base is growing in the size and complexity of the projects to analyze.

Salary range of 30K - 40K € / year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, evolution, and maintenance of the cloud architecture, recipes and tools needed to run Bitergia Analytics Platform.
- Deploy and operate Bitergia Analytics Platform in cloud platforms and on premises.
- Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborating with the Bitergia developers and other team members to establish objectives and design and implement features to enhance the service and the user experience.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new skills, and better assist other team members.

**Requirements**:
Must have
- 4+ years of experience as DevOps and Cloud engineer.
- Strong experience with Docker.
- Cloud platforms knowledge, preferably GCP or Digital Ocean.
- Programming skills with Python and bash and developing tests - unit, integration and smoke tests.
- Experience with collaborative development tools like Git, and GitHub, or GitLab.
- High knowledge on GNU/Linux.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools - Ansible and Terraform.
- Knowledge on open source.
- Proficiency in English.
- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have
- DevOpsSec background.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch/Kibana or OpenSearch.
- Good knowledge of SQL engines, preferably MySQL or MariaDB.
- Technical writing experience, that could include blogs, tech recipes, or software documentation.
- Background in open source communities.
- Participation in technical communities.
- Experience working with Kanban methodologies.
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
