Se requiere buen conocimiento de los distintos tipos de sushi y de las técnicas de elaboración del mismo.

Las principales responsabilidades del puestos son:

- Preparar todos los tipos de sushi.
- Seleccionar frutas y verduras frescas para hacer platos de alta calidad.
- Seguir las recetas indicadas por la empresa.
- Gestionar las actividades de preparación de comida cumpliendo con los requisitos de seguridad e higiene.
- Controlar las existencias de comida y realizar pedidos cuando sea necesario e inventario.
- Mantener los principios de higiene en todas las zonas donde se cocine y limpiar su espacio al final del turno.

Se requiere una persona con buenas dotes de comunicación, orientada al trato con el cliente, con flexibilidad para trabajar en distintos turnos y que tenga un nível avanzado de español así como conocimiento de Valenciano.

Duración del contrato: 3 meses

Sueldo: A partir de 1.400,00€ al mes

- Turno rotativo
