Waiter / Waitress

Our luxury resort is looking to cover a position within our F&B department.
Seven inspiring restaurants take our guest on a gastronomic journey across different types of cuisine hand in hand with an exclusive service.

In this position your main duties would be:

- Serve food and beverage orders according to the established sequence of service.
- Prepare all mise en place and any necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist and adhere to opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu and provide clarifications to the guests when needed.
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests. Handle all guests inquires in a courteous and friendly manners.
- Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
- Inform the Outlet Manager about any complaint he handled and any kind of delays in the operations.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English.
