Our General Administration Team at Danfoss Poland Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for the position of **Office Administrator.**

We are looking for new colleague to support the reception, realization of administrative tasks, organizing of the company events and active cooperation with local external Soft Service provider.

**The job location will be in the new Danfoss production facility in Tuchom, you will work fully on site.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Taking active participation in organizing a new office.
- Reception duties (answering phone calls, welcoming guests, handling mail).
- Handling orders for office supplies, groceries, business cards and other administrative tasks.
- Organizing events and meetings.
- Daily cooperation and supervision of an external soft service provider.
- Supervision of the realization of administrative procedures.
- Placing orders in Ariba system.

**What We're Looking For**:

- At least secondary education.
- Experience in office management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position.
- Good written and spoken English - B2 and native Polish.
- Capability to use IT tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
- Customer-oriented mindset, ability to make independent decisions, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently on daily tasks, while also being a team player.
- Active driving licence cat B.
