Our client is a multinational company from the **Industrial Sector** that is leader in it's field and in constant expansion. In order to continue it's growth in their production plant in eastern Andalusia, **STANDBY** is looking for a **Financial Administration.**

**Main Responsibilites**:
+ Takes part in the organization and execution of the bookkeeping processes of the company
+ Documents financial transactions by entering account information
+ Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
+ Maintains accounting controls in compliance with company's policies and procedures
+ Suppliers / Customers accounting: invoicing / booking / reconciliation
+ Treasury processes: Bank accounting, accounts reconciliation, financial liquidations validation
+ Reporting: periodical reporting of different KPI / information related to financial topics
+ Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
+ Maintains financial security by following internal controls
+ Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements

**Job Requirements**:
+ Business Administration University Degree
+ Master in BA / Financial Management
+ Experience at least 3 years in Finance Department
+ Experience in working with multiple legal entities
+ Native German speaker / high proficiency level
+ English proficiency: C1
+ Previous experience as user: ERP Microsoft AX / others
+ Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
+ Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
+ Good change and project management skills
