**Opdenergy**es un productor independiente de energía renovable (IPP) en crecimiento, con presencia en Europa, Estados Unidos y América Latina, y con más de 19 años de experiência. La empresa desarrolla, construye, financia, gestiona y opera proyectos de energía renovable de alta calidad en varios países, con una cartera de 2,6 GW (1,3 GW operativos y más de 1,3 GW listos para construir o en construcción). La cartera total en desarrollo supera los 18 GW.

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a **Project Manager (Eólica On-shore)**para apoyar nuestros proyectos a nível global, con base en **Madrid**.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Gestionar y coordinar proyectos eólicos desde la fase de puesta en marcha, asegurando la entrega a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los más altos estándares de calidad.
- Coordinar con equipos internos (ingeniería, compras, finanzas, legal y construcción) y partes externas (incluyendo EPC) para garantizar un avance fluido del proyecto.
- Liderar la elaboración de cronogramas, presupuestos y evaluaciones de riesgo del proyecto, identificando proactivamente problemas y desarrollando estrategias de mitigación.
- Supervisar el proceso de licitación y contratación, incluidos contratos EPC, suministro de aerogeneradores y acuerdos de mantenimiento.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas nacionales e internacionales en materia de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Apoyar la planificación de la conexión a red, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos y normativos.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Energías Renovables o campo relacionado.
- Al menos 5 años de experiência gestionando proyectos de energía eólica a gran escala.
- Excelente nível de español e inglés, hablado y escrito (se evaluará).
- Sólido conocimiento de los procesos de desarrollo de proyectos, permisos y regulación de energías renovables en España.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, gestionando múltiples prioridades y con plazos ajustados.
- Mentalidad analítica con capacidad para comunicar conceptos complejos de forma clara y eficaz.
- Experiência en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios y coordinación con múltiples actores internos y externos.
- Conocimiento de contratos EPC, acuerdos de suministro de turbinas y procesos de conexión a red.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y visitar emplazamientos de proyectos cuando sea necesario.
