**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Develop & lead implementation of manufacturing assembly processes & solutions.
- Elaborate equipment specification & Conduct Equipment validation.
- Prepare PFMEA´s, PCP´s & work instruction.
- Work with Product Engineers, Program Managers and manufacturing plants to plan and forecast activities.
- Drive manufacturing process & technology standardization and continuous improvement.
- Drive equipment flexibility and capacity utilization.
- Conduct/support feasibility studies of assembly manufacturing processes in project design changes, new project quotes and/or PPI´s (Plant Performance Initiatives).
- Work with suppliers and manufacturing plants to ensure equipment’s & processes are implemented per specifications.
- Participate & Support plants manufacturing processes problem/issues resolutions.

**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) preferably with a focus on production/manufacturing process.
- Business fluent english. Spanish is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience with Helium Mass Spec Leak and NVH Testing.
- Experiences and skills in problem solving and results orientation.
- Experience working with vendors and managing equipment build.
- Good written and oral skills - ability to convey technical concepts.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Basic 3D modeling
- Ability to manage time and organize effectively with multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in global team environment at different locations.
