**Junior Global Learning & Development Coordinator**
**Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week**
We are looking for an organized and motivated Junior Global L&D Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in the administrative and logístical delivery of our global learning and development programs. Your work will directly support our employees' growth and professional development by ensuring our training initiatives run smoothly and effectively.
**What you'll do**
- Training Administration & Deployment: Process and manage all learning and development service requests. This includes scheduling training sessions, managing employee enrollments, and overseeing administrative tasks like evaluations and attendance tracking.
- Course & Content Management: Maintain and update our learning management system (LMS) by keeping the course catalogue current. You'll also create and manage supporting training materials, such as guides and videos, to enhance our learning content.
- Reporting & Evaluation: Track key metrics like course attendance and satisfaction rates. Use this data to help evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.
- Team Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the L&D team to identify and implement process improvements. You will also be involved in effectively communicating new training opportunities to the entire company.
- Learning Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with new trends and possibilities in the field of training and development, including new tools, presentation methods, and business models
**What you'll need**
- Fluency in English: You will be a key point of contact for our global employees and external partners.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You'll be managing multiple tasks and requests simultaneously, so being highly organized is a must.
