**About you**
- Native level of proficiency in oral and written** English and Spanish.** French, Portuguese, German or Italian are a plus.
- Experience not required, but having experience in Influencer Marketing is a plus.
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or any related discipline.
- Possibility of making an internship agreement with your school or university.
- Internship duration 6 months + possibility of extension or hiring as a junior
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and technology as well as how these can be used to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The role involves liaising with colleagues, influencers, and management across territories, so strong written and verbal skills are paramount.
- Demonstrable ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

**About the role**
- Support in influencer campaigns worldwide
- Management of warm leads and influencer requests
- Research and identify key influencers globally
- Database management
- Visibility in workflows and contact with influencers worldwide
- Ensure correct communication of brand values and philosophy through actions with influencers globally
- Support in development of innovative projects for the positive growth of our brands
