MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to develop and execute sales strategies for Coty’s consumer perfumery channel, build strong customer relationships, and lead a committed sales team.
This position will be in charge of the perfumery channel, which is the most important channel for the Luxury division, accounting for 50% of total spanish business. Managing top accounts, being accountable for the strategy, budget, team, instore visibility, sales targets and market shares in the channel, while maintaining alignment with the company's vision and values.
Reports to Sales Director.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
**Channel strategy definition and implementation**:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Align sales objectives with overall business goals, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Lead company projects in the market.
Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.
Omnichannel approach.
**Lead and develop the perfumery sales team**:
Lead, coach, and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability.
Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for the team; ensure timely reviews and performance assessments.
**Customer relationship and go to market management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Oversee and get involved directly when needed in the negotiation of contracts, terms, and conditions.
Manage and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
Ensure optimal brand and product placement, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor distribution to ensure product availability, efficient logistics, and timely delivery.
**Sales Forecasting**:
Develop accurate sales forecasts in alignment with financial goals and market conditions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing areas for improvement.
Identify risks to achieving sales targets and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Partner with key stakeholders in Coty (marketing, trade, field, supply chain and finance) to achieve targets and ensure cross-functional alignment and support.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience leading sales teams minimum 3 years
Experience in Beauty Industry (Desirable)
Trade marketing experience (Desirable)
Negotiation and communication skills
Autonomous, passionate and ambitious.
Strong at analytics & systems outputs.
Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively
Results oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Passion for Beauty
Proficiency in English & Spanish languages
