We are offering one outstanding opportunity to join our Team as a Receptionist, based in Paterna (Valencia), Spain

**What are you accountable for achieving?**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, supporting them with logistic aspects.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Stock control and delivery of work clothes for employees.
- Check and revision of first aid kits.
- Delivery and organise laundry and personal lockers for employees.
- Manage requirements for external visitors and suppliers entries.
- Interface with external suppliers to hand employees benefits.

**What will you need as a successful Receptionist?**
- Education level: FP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Prior experience as a receptionis, assistant, administrative or similar.
- Medium level in English B2
- Prior experience as a receptionist, assistant, administrative or similar.
