Bussiness Intelligence Analyst

To reinforce the Strategy and Control team in our Madrid Office, we are looking for a business intelligence analyst working as part of a team heavily involved in reporting, risk management and efficiency of the company
**Responsibilities**:
- Create reports and dashboards for evaluate the performance of the different portfolios and the different team
- Elaborate monthly reports and cash reports for the clients and managing directors
- Calculate fees to be charge to clients
- Understand the questions from different clients and answering in a proper time and way.
- Track and monitor KPIs that impact the business
- Work independently to process information and data to create reports on activities, trends, and projections
- Collaborate as needed with other business and support team members on ad hoc reports, analyses, and projects
- To detect and implement developments in cross - level workflows that improve efficiency among all company teams - Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL
- English level C1
- Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- horough understanding of the company business processes and the industry at large. - Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
