Hybrid Intelligence, a Capgemini Engineering team, is looking for a Technical Leader to join the team in Spain. You will provide analytics leadership to a highly talented team, while participating in the rapid growth and expansion of our client base.

**The Role**

As a key part of our fast-growing data science and AI consultancy, you will lead a team of data scientists and engineers to solve interesting, real-world problems that truly make a difference. Supported by our global knowledge base and network of skilled practitioners, and assisted by ongoing professional development and training, you will be a visible face of our technical solutions within Spain.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A Masters or PhD in science, computer science, mathematics or engineering.
- A genuine enthusiasm for using data science to solve complex problems, and an understanding of the algorithms, data processing methods and visualization techniques required.
- Experience of leading and managing highly performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Professional level ability in Spanish and English.
- Business analysis and project management skills would be an advantage.
