Moco Museum Barcelona is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our merchandise warehouse operations. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of merchandise for our museum gift shops. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating inventory control, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

- How will your week look like:
Warehouse operations (hands on) - 80%

Administrative tasks - 15%

Transporting/ driving - 5%

**Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise. In this role you will be required to pick up boxes, use of the fork lift.
- Inventory Management: Implement inventory control measures, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate recording of stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of merchandise orders.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide warehouse staff, providing training, assigning tasks, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure merchandise is received and dispatched in excellent condition, meeting quality standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and facilitate smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with retail and operations departments to ensure seamless coordination and support their logístical needs.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance as required.
- Driving: Safely operate our van to transport merchandise as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role, preferably within a retail environment. 2-5 years
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage warehouse operations and supervise a team. At least one year of proven experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices, including stock control, order fulfillment, and cycle counting.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and proficiency in using computerized inventory tracking systems. Google drive, google sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication in English and Spanish. Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during special events as required.
- Driving license B and with experience driving a van.
