**Acerca del Puesto**:
Apoyar al equipo global de Market Research (principalmente en España y México) organizando los proyectos cualitativos de investigación de mercado (entrevistas y focus groups, visitas a los centros y observaciones de clases).

Este puesto estarà basado en nuestra oficina de Madrid con un modelo de trabajo hÃbrido y con un contrato temporal de 4 meses.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Contratación de profesorado para los paneles de investigación.Â
- Ser el contacto principal del profesorado una vez se hayan apuntado.
- Concertar entrevistas, focus groups, visitas a los centros y observaciones de clases.
- Compartir con el profesorado las tareas de investigación por escrito y compilar feedback para apoyar al equipo de Market Research con un informe escrito.Â
- Ocasionalmente observar entrevistas y focus groups, y tomar apuntes de forma detallada.Â
- Crear contratos y procesar pagos.Â

**Experiência, Habilidades y Cualificaciones**
- Nível intermedio de inglés.
- Manejo de Google Suite deseable.
- Capacidad de planificación y organización de actividades en el tiempo.
- Capacidad para construir relaciones efectivas a través de una comunicación positiva.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Enfoque en el/la cliente (clientes internos y externos).
