**Your mission**:
Schiller International University is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Product Managers for both bachelor's and master’s programs. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and assisting with various marketing initiatives aimed at increasing enrollment and promoting the university's brand.
This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic academic environment. The Marketing Assistant will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, contributing to the success of Schiller International University’s programs.

**Your profile**:
**Performance Marketing and Acquisition Support**:

- Assist with basic tasks related to performance marketing on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Provide support in monitoring and analyzing digital campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in audience segmentation and targeting strategies for campaigns.
**Content and Materials Production**:

- Aid in the production of marketing content such as brochures, videos, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Work with internal and external creative teams to ensure timely and accurate production of materials.
- Assist in proofreading and editing marketing content to maintain high-quality standards.
**Support for Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate with the Product Managers to implement promotional activities and track their performance.
- Help manage the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the university's brand guidelines.
- Assist the department with necessary SEO-related tasks, including optimizing the university's website content to improve online visibility.
**Website Content Updates**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to update and maintain the university’s website content based on strategic business needs.
- Ensure that all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with branding and marketing objectives.
- Use CMS tools to manage content updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to best practices.
**CRM and Data Tools Management**:

- Support the use of CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce for campaign management and lead tracking.
- Contribute to the maintenance of clean and updated databases.
**Data Collection, Reporting, and Analytics**:

- Collect and analyze data related to campaign performance, lead generation, and enrollment metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for the Product Managers on key marketing metrics and provide insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Tableau, or Power BI is valued, but not mandatory.
**Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Help coordinate efforts with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing initiatives with recruitment goals.
- Support the Marketing Product Managers in managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
**Other Tasks**:

- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and campus tours.

**Position requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
- Basic familiarity with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of CMS tools is valued (e.g., WordPress, Umbraco, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce is highly valued.
- Experience or familiarity with Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Tableau, or Power BI is valued but not required.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Either native English speaker or proficiency level of English competency.
- Local language (French, German, Spanish), desirable.
